Michael K. Morin

With more than 25 years of experience in wireless communications, Mr. Morin has a proven track record for developing world class organizations and driving growth. Prior to joining Optimi in late 2003, Mr. Morin was the Chairman and CEO of ScoreBoard Inc., where he initiated and managed the sale of the company to Allen Telecom on behalf of the investment group. Mr. Morin also served as President and CEO of Comsearch for 12 of his 20 years with the company. During his tenure as CEO, Mr. Morin created a global wireless software and services provider and grew revenue from $12 million to over $40 million. Mr. Morin managed the successful sale of Comsearch several times during his leadership. Mr. Morin has also spent several years providing executive level consulting services to startup companies in the wireless, Internet, and financial sectors.
Mr. Morin graduated cum laude from George Mason University with a B.S. in Finance. He has been published on many topics pertinent to wireless communications and has served on several company boards in various industries.
