Corporate Overview
In 2003, telecom industry veterans and entrepreneurs Brian Silvestri and Tommy Wehrung founded Connectiv Solutions in Reston, VA with a clear objective in mind – deliver actionable information with measurable results to increase overall network efficiency and increase profits for their communications customers. Each having nearly 15 years of carrier and/or consulting experience in the telecom field, they were very aware of the challenges and lack of clear information to help operators achieve their goals. While watching average revenue per user (ARPU) drop and average customer usage skyrocket, Connectiv Solutions believed that usage analytics would be a critical key to a carrier’s success.
All carriers collected copious amounts of usage data, but it was never easy to access and always overwhelming in nature. It was clear that carriers needed a centralized and highly effective solution to process this usage data, develop a clear playbook to achieve cost reductions and make it tangible to the entire enterprise. All of this also had to be wrapped within a simple interface for ease of use among different groups within the organization.
In mid-2003, Connectiv Solutions started developing routeWATCH to address the long distance space. Later that year, the company began serving its first customer.
From a two person operation, Connectiv Solutions has transformed into a multi-million dollar industry-leader, still focused on its’ original goal: Deliver Actionable Information with Measurable Results to drive efficiencies for our customers. With increased efficiencies, our customers gain a competitive advantage and step closer to long-term success.

In 2008 we moved to Bethesda, MD to accommodate a larger staff to better serve our growing customer base. Our experienced leadership team has an average of 18 years of industry knowledge each and most have held COO, VP and Director level positions in other organizations. With a unique combination of extensive industry experience, strong management skills and impressive technical expertise, our teams are well balanced to support our customer’s needs. Since 2003, we have built strong relationships with our telecom customers by listening to their challenges, anticipating their needs, providing them high quality products/service and exceeding their expectations. Our customers now include some of the largest telecom operators within the United States. We continue to increase our processing capacity and innovate to address the challenges of the telecom industry.

SSAE 16 COMPLIANT:
Connectiv Solutions delivers the highest quality service to our clients, in part, by utilizing a consistent set of operational controls which comply with International reporting standards for service organizations. SSAE 16 effectively replaces SAS 70 as the authoritative guidance for reporting on service organizations as June 15, 2011. SSAE 16 updates the US service organization reporting standards so that it mirrors and complies with the new international service organization reporting standard – ISAE 3402.
